I finally finished week 1 of Walk Strong! It took me over a week to complete because life got in the way a few mornings, but I jumped back on that horse and finished it! I’m really enjoying this program and can’t wait to keep going. I feel stronger and healthier already. 🙂
After losing 60 pounds with healthy eating and doing a popular aerobics program, I found Jessica through MFP and did several YouTube videos and loved them so much I got the Walk On 21 Day program. Really noticed a good difference in my core with that program! I want so much to get that last pesky 10-15 pounds off so here I am with the Walk Strong 6 Week Transformation : ) I can follow just about anything but I do need the structure of a program and this leads me to my never ending battle with how much do I eat? I seem to have hit a wall with losing weight no matter what I do. I’m afraid to eat too much so I might be eating too little?? Looking forward to connecting with you all in this journey! : )
I finally took the plunge and bought the DVD’s after thinking about doing so for over two months. They arrived today and I had truly cried tears of joy watching the introductory video. This program seems to have everything I’m looking for and Jessica already seems like a dear friend. I am so hopeful that this plan will turn my life around. I completed day one and am looking forward to what the next 41 days have in store!
I just completed Day 1 of the program. It felt so good to be active again! I already love this program.
