I just purchased Walk Strong and I am on Day 2. Really like it so far. I am already excited about the Walk Strong 3 coming out next week, but I won’t be done with this series yet. It is refreshing to be doing stuff that’s not so crazy hard (I have done Beach Body videos and others that are just as hard). I am really hoping that this time I can lose the weight and keep it off. Wish me luck!
I just signed up for the 6 week transformation. How do I get the work outs? Is there a link where they are all located that I am missing? Please advise ASAP! Thank you.
Hello All! Just started the program today! I really enjoyed it. For the last year, I have had a desk job, with so many hours, I could not get my exercise in like I used to. I have made some changes, and in 4 weeks, have a lot more time to work out, yeay!
Unfortunately, my mind has the memory of being in shape, but my body says….. not there yet 🙂
I’m going to work on being more active, and also get back to my outdoor walking. I walked to Staples today, instead of driving, and got in about 40 minutes.
I hope there are some other newbies, like me out there. How are you doing, if so?
I may change up the order a little bit, to try and get these workouts in before work, just for a few weeks, hope that is okay………
I finally finished week 1 of Walk Strong! It took me over a week to complete because life got in the way a few mornings, but I jumped back on that horse and finished it! I’m really enjoying this program and can’t wait to keep going. I feel stronger and healthier already. 🙂
After losing 60 pounds with healthy eating and doing a popular aerobics program, I found Jessica through MFP and did several YouTube videos and loved them so much I got the Walk On 21 Day program. Really noticed a good difference in my core with that program! I want so much to get that last pesky 10-15 pounds off so here I am with the Walk Strong 6 Week Transformation : ) I can follow just about anything but I do need the structure of a program and this leads me to my never ending battle with how much do I eat? I seem to have hit a wall with losing weight no matter what I do. I’m afraid to eat too much so I might be eating too little?? Looking forward to connecting with you all in this journey! : )
