Hi to everyone! I’ve just completed week 6! It’s the first time I’ve committed to an exercise programme and enjoyed it. 😊 I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet but I’m going to continue. I feel better in myself & notice that I stand straighter & feel more confident in what my body can do. I’m going to take a break from the 6 week programme & work with the 21 day fat loss then return for 2.0. I really look forward to coming home from work to do my 30 minutes. Here’s to the next part! & if I can do it anyone can.
Totally forgot to check in last week when I finished up the program. For some reason I had no motivation to do the last Cardio Party workout, I think because I was sad it was going to be over when I was done. I just got back from a trip and ready to start a new challenge with Jessica!!!
My daughter and I have finished the week 6 of Walk Strong 2. We are very happy that we can keep doing this for so many weeks. Thank you for your balance program. I feel light and easy when walking up staircase, my legs are not that tired anymore.
Checking in a little late but I FINISHED Week 6 last week and it feels great! I was a little surprised that I only lost half a pound because I felt thinner. But then I took my measurements and wow! I lost an inch off my waist and a couple inches off my belly! My main goal was not to lose weight since I’m already at a healthy weight for my height. I just wanted to feel more strong and fit, and to build a habit of daily exercise. I’m so happy to have achieved that and I’m looking forward to continuing on! I’m going back and doing the fall challenges and then I’ll be able to start Walk Strong 2.0 right at the New Year! I’ve got the new DVDs on my Christmas list. 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving!
Choco ( my daughter) and I have completed Walk Strong 1 yesterday. We are very happy to complete the program. Today we will start Walk Strong 2. Another six week to look forward to. It is really great to do your program.
