Did Week 3 day 1 today. I am loving all of the workouts. I have already purchased the DVDs to,continue with Phase 2 when I finish Phase 1
Day 15 – week 3 – a little cardio party to kick things off!
Week 3 done! Feeling accomplished but does anyone other than me feel graceful and coordinated one day and not so much on another 🙂
I just finished Day 17 (Brain Fitness Fun, and I also did a 20 minute YT stretch workout of yours), and I’m feeling fabulous! I have definitely built some strength and increased my endurance in the past 2 and a half weeks, plus the “fluff” is already melting off me. I’m a massage therapist who just got a full time position, so I’m going to need to be in great shape, well I’ll getting there thanks to this program! Can’t wait to see what the next few weeks are like for my health and fitness.
I’m starting week 3 today! I think this is the first time in my life that I can honestly say I enjoy exercising… Plus I’m already seeing some (big) improvements and this feels so great! Thank you Jessica for this wonderful program!
