Hi – I’m loving this program and was wondering what to do once we’re done?   I guess I need a calendar!   Should we re-start the routines?   Do the ones we like and try to throw in other exercises from your other DVDs?   I felt that this has been really comprehensive and the thought of ME attempting to create my own program without knowing whether I’d get the same benefits is a little daunting.   Any input would be appreciated!   Thank you for giving us this gift Jessica!
