Commented Terrific to hear from you. Great job on the BP. I hope that you get some hiking and stretching both are so good for mind,body and spirit (and fir BO)😀😀😀😀. Really hope that you feel better soon. I used to have chronic fatigue and it is horrible. Months in bed putting on weight...I just forced myself out of bed a walk to the shops, to the beach, an indoor workout, just a little bit more and a bit further and gradually the tiredness was replaced by energy. You are in my thoughts Mauree.
Yes, loved the aqua aerobics and I can definitely feel my arms, inner thighs, legs, lower glutes.... the water is fabulous resistance, squats, kicks, pushing the water and the splashing is such fun. We booked for late next month and two nights so that we can enjoy some of the earlier Sat am classes such as the Bootcamp class and strength.
