my name is Diana. I am 67 and retired. I have lost 37 lbs at roughly 10 lbs a year and look to lose 38 more, hopefully faster by increasing from the 15 minute walks 3 times a week to 5000 steps a day. I found Jessica Smith when Spark People showed a video link which I checked out and found to be more motivating than any of the other walking dvd's I have used in the past. Love her happy personality and that she includes her own mom in her routines.
