Thank you so much for joining us for our Walk STRONG program - we are so excited to be able to join you for this journey and so happy to hear you have been enjoying it so far. And congrats to you on all of your hard work - it sounds like you are making fantastic progress already. Please keep up the great work you are doing taking care of your body and your health. We would love to continue on with you after the 6 weeks of this program are complete and have several options for you. Our suggested order is below (after completion of the original Walk STRONG 6 Week System): #1: Walk STRONG 2.0 Plan (you can find the printable calendar here on our website: - pg 2 includes the key/direct links to the videos included) [The Walk STRONG 6-Week Phase II rotation can be done before the 2.0 plan if you would like to repeat more of the 6 Week System before moving into Walk STRONG 2.0, but it's not required. We created this plan before the 2.0 program was available to help keep our team moving in the meantime.] #2: WalkSTRONG 3.0 8-Week System - found here: #3: Walk STRONG 6-Week Master Rotation (calendar) - This program just helps you put all of your Walk STRONG programs together into one schedule, we recommend it only after you've completed all of the original program rotations first Hope that helps clarify for you.
